Dear Elaine, I wanted to give you an update on our family and how things have been since we brought Rigby home. Things have been great! Rigby has been a great addition to our family and has become much more than a family pet. Since he has been with us he has grown with our family and become a great friend and protector of our home and children. Rigby loves his walks and playing with the kids in the yard and at the park. Many people have told us to be cautious of him due to the fact that he is a German Shepherd, however, he has been nothing but wonderful. I would also like to let you know of something that happened a couple weeks ago, when all of us were asleep our youngest son was having an asthma attack. Summer and I had been sleeping upstairs with our fan on and were not able to hear him. Rigby sensed that something was wrong and started barking and clawing to get out of the crate he sleeps in at night. As his barks have gotten very loud and firm it awoke myself and summer. As we were coming down stairs to find out what was going on we heard out son coughing and choking. We strongly feel Rigby may have saved his life as if it wasn't for him we may have never heard Phoenix having his attack. I would like you to know that all turned out ok as we had the proper medication needed to fix the problem, but without Rigby we fear what may have happened. Just a few nights ago, our 4 month old cat Mally had been attacked by another cat in the back yard and Rigby could hear him crying for help, he quickly jumped up and through his door to come to his rescue, he ran after the larger cat (who is fine, was able to get away) and scared him away. I want to say it again, Rigby has been a great friend, companion and protector to my family and our home. We couldn't ask for a more perfect dog. Keep it up! You have a great set of pups out there! We will keep the pictures coming! Jeff, Summer, Mikayla, Jeffrey, Phoenix, Rigby and Mally
